Device drivers manual configuration and update

There are Windows components installed on your machine to help you manually configure device driver installations (notably: the Windows device manager). These components corelate to the appropriate device vendor components to help you with the installation process.

Whenever your system restarts, or a new device is plugged in, windows refreshes the appropriate device installations, focusing on the system's known devices, and not the drivers themselves.

For this reason it is important to adhere to the Windows official guidelines, when attempting a manual configuration or install.

Manual installation can be time consumig, as well as technically demanding.
